Yes, we offer customized sample sets both in fabrics and garments according to the client’s demand or you can order our Master swatch book if you want to see the entire range of fabrics available or order pre-developed garments. If you can’t find the sample you’re looking for online, please send us an email with the reference number/ name you would like to receive and your shipping details.

The reason we don’t have an online shop is that we’re more into wholesaling, and we prefer things to be communicated via email for better clarity and understanding. Clients can book an appointment for a video call over the website itself.

It is possible to order from one meter or one piece per article, but until it is below the standard MOQ we would be applying sampling charges accordingly.

Yes, we do offer bulk prices, the higher the quantity, the lower the prices for orders above 100 meters. We work with three price brackets:
- 101m-500m
- 501m-1000m
- 1001m-3000m

Fabric minimum: 1000meters/order, 100meters/color,
50meters/print, accept small quantities with a surcharge,
Garment minimum: 300pcs/style, 100pcs/color
Fabric lead time: normally 12~14 weeks, will be faster if greige available.
Printing lead time: 4~6 weeks.
Garment lead time: normally 6~8 weeks.
Orders with quantity less than 30meters will be sent out within 6-7 business days after the order is received.
Orders with quantities more than 50metrs will be inspected and sent out within 9-10 business days.
It will take an estimated 7-10 business days to arrive at your assigned location which depends from city to city. Actual delivery time will also depend on the shipping method you choose, please email us regarding shipping quotation if needed, we ship to all countries worldwide.
As soon as you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email with the invoice, and once we’re ready to ship another email would be sent to update you on it. Once shipped, within 12-24 hours we will email you with the tracking ID number, from which you could track your order.
Once you finalize the order, we will email you an invoice and a PayPal link for the same, as it safe and efficient option to transfer money. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from your end.
We try to maintain the stock as much as possible. However, since we work with a couple of manufacturers sometimes a fabric could be sold out, in that case, it will be indicated on the website. You can email us regarding your need if it is sold out, we will update you on it as there may be a new production run that has to be organized. The lead time might vary between a week to 8 weeks or sometimes even longer, the timelines for knits and wovens differ. When a particular stock is low, we will indicate it over email.
Please note that our fabric offering and prices are always subject to change based on the availability, demand, and prices of yarns.
Our range of natural fabrics and garments is produced in India. We have collaborations with different mills and weavers across India from whom we source our yarns, and fabrics, though we source hemp yarns from China as they have standardized yarn qualities. We sometimes directly buy quality fabric from licensed mills or most of the time manufacture it according to our specifications.
For the fabric itself, sadly there is no certification at the moment, though we can provide you with third-party lab reports depending on your test needs. We do provide GOTS certification for organic cotton if used in any of our blends. We also provide certification for our natural dyes.
Apparently, we have to use alkaline chemicals in the yarn processing otherwise the operation becomes time-consuming and pricey. The promising news is that our factories have treatment plants installed in their unit that reuse wastewater. Lastly, the softener used for finishing is water-soluble
Yes, the fabrics/ garments are dyeable. Since they are natural fibers you can dye direct with dispersed, reactive, acid, vat, or solubilized vat dyes.
The color fastness of the naturally dyed fabrics is 4/5. We also provide color fastness reports on request, please email us for the same.

RAV Ecotextiles accepts returns and exchanges in case of a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship items back to us within 15 days of delivery to our warehouse.
Please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or invoice so we know from whom the product is being returned.
Items may not be returned if they have been cut, dyed, or altered in any way. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
